The resignation of longtime Blanco Middle School counselor Lisa Rogers, who has been the subject of an ongoing investigation for allegedly having an inappropriate relationship with a student, was made effective immediately on Monday by the Blanco Independent School District Board of Education. Board members conducted a special meeting on Monday evening with Rogers as the only agenda item.
