Josephine Kneese Lux, 92, of Kendalia, Texas passed away on Monday, July 22, 2019, at Kirkwood Manor Nursing Home in New Braunfels, Texas with her loving family at her side. Josephine was born on October 22, 1926, to Elise Werich Boos and Harry Boos in Fredericksburg Texas on a dairy farm where she and her family milked 40 heads of cow in the morning and did it again in the evening.
The Blanco County Fair wants your entries—from informational booths, baked goods to photos of the Hill Country and crafts. Entries in 21 different categories will be checked in from noon to 9 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 15 at the Exhibit Hall the Blanco County Fairgrounds, according to Diane Schoenert, who is serving her first year as Fair Superintendent.
