Excitement is in the air as things are really gearing up for the upcoming 112th Annual Kendall County Fair. The Fair will be held Labor Day Weekend and will have the Queen’s Court crowning on Thursday, August 31. The doors open at 5 pm on Friday, September 1 and there will be all day entertainment in the form of music, magic and ventriloquist acts, and all sorts of activities through Sunday, September 3. Saturday morning will be the annual Fair Parade through downtown Boerne.

Move over Oktoberfest! Boerne celebrates its German heritage in June over Father’s Day weekend with Boerne Berges Fest. The Fest is a long-standing Boerne summer tradition. A 51-year tradition to be specific. The three-day, family-friendly festival takes over the Kendall County Fair Grounds on June 16-18, 2017 and will attract Texas Hill Country locals and visitors from all over Texas.
