S.T.A.G.E., Inc. is honored to present the first show of our 40th Season, RING OF FIRE THE MUSIC OF JOHNNY CASH Created by: Richard Maltby Jr. Conceived by: William Meade, on October 5 through 22. Opening night is a benefit performance for Friends of Bulverde/Spring Branch Library. All seats are $20 for the October 4 performance and no season tickets will be accepted. Ticket prices for all remaining shows are $20 for adults, $17 for seniors 62+/military and $12 for students.

The Sacred Springs Powwow is the largest two-day outdoor powwow in Texas and it happens in San Marcos, this year on November 17 and 18 on the shores of the headwaters of the San Marcos River. The event is produced by local nonprofit Indigenous Cultures Institute and funded by the San Marcos Arts Commission, the Tomblin Family Foundation, Texas Commission on the Arts, and Friends of the Powwow. FREDERICKSBURG, TEXAS - Oktoberfest, the family-oriented German event taking place in the center of Fredericksburg, is poised to again attract 1,400 volunteers and 25,000 visitors in its 38th year. As a result, the oom-pah-pah echo of 37 previous years will carry over in the hearts and minds of people who have made the event an annual tradition, many who traversed hundreds of miles to attend.
The Fredericksburg Food and Wine Fest is Saturday, October 27, 2018. The Fredericksburg Food and Wine Fest features the best of Texas wines and beer, food, and entertainment. Twenty-three Texas wineries will be on hand pouring over 100 wines. Guests will also have an opportunity to visit with some of the wine makers.

Our festival begins Friday evening at 5:03 pm in the nearby town of Oatmeal TX with a Beauty Pageant, artisans, vendors, music and more. We’re ready to make some trouble! Echo Gallery in Johnson City, TX, invites the public to The Breast Show, an art exhibition in August of 2018. The female breast has been a battleground between motherhood and sexuality for too long. The perception of the world community that the United States does not enthusiastically support breastfeeding deserves a resounding rebuttal. One outcome of this exhibition will be to normalize and depoliticize the female breast.
