Mayor Stell called the regular meeting of the Johnson City Council to order on Tuesday, August 6, 2019, followed by the invocation and Pledge of Allegiance. In public comments, the pet coalition gave a report that as the first of August they have fixed 51 cats in Johnson City and 206 in the county.
