It’s not yet known what the Lower Colorado River Authority will decide regarding a proposed sand plant along a piece of the shoreline of Lake LBJ, but an attorney who has been hired by a group of nearby residents who are against the operation said he is ready to fight every permit filed by Collier Materials, Inc., on the Kingsland Sand & Gravel Plant.
