Inviting Students from Surrounding Communities to be Held on October 14th
(Mason, Texas) - students from around the Mason Area invite students from surrounding communities to share their Christian faith with fellow students during our 2nd Annual National Fields of Faith Event. This interdenominational outreach event will be held in over 500 locations throughout the nation.
Fields of Faith is structured as a student-to-student ministry.

The members of American Legion Fort Mason Post #285 & Ladies Auxiliary invite other veterens, friends and family, and anyone interested in the American Legion to attend our regular October meeting, to be held at 6:30 pm, Thursday, October 12, 2017, at the American Legion Post Hall on Post Hill Road (behind the Jail).
4H enrollment began on September 1 and will continue to October 31. Children who wish to enroll ages 9 to 18 are $20 for the year and must enroll online at https://texas.4honline.com. This fee will go to $25 on November 1. Children kindergarten to age 8 may register for free but must enroll on the 4H online system as well.
Sunday, October 8 at noon, the Steady Steps Weekday Children’s Ministry council invites you to their annual spaghetti lunch held in the Social Hall of the First United Methodist Church. The meal is by donation and proceeds help benefit the center through its nursery through Pre-K learning program (Frog Street Curriculum) and its faith based program.
The Texas Mission of Mercy (TMOM) is conducting a mobile dental clinic in San Angelo on October 13 and 14. The TMOM is part of the Smiles for Mercy group, and will offer free basic dental care to Texans with limited resources and/or access to care.
The focus of the volunteer dental professionals is on relieving pain and preventing pain by providing extractions, fillings and cleanings.
