Hope you had a great Thanksgiving. Ours was quiet. We had two sets of company, all family. We ate too much, talked too much, and had a great time.

You may recall a recent column I allegedly wrote, about parachuting beavers. In 1950 the Idaho Fish & Game Dept. relocated a bunch of beavers from where they were to where they weren't, and some of the beavers were relocated via parachute. The Mason Lions Club met Tuesday, November 24th for its weekly luncheon meeting. There were 27 members and 8 visitors in attendance. It was announced that former Mason Lions Club President and District Governor John Gammil and his family were involved in a traffic accident in Rockwall where they now reside.

1 package of spice cake mix
3 eggs
2 teaspoons (or more, if you are a cinnamon lover!) ground cinnamon
1 cup powdered sugar
