Well, here we are, all tucked safely inside our little nests. It’s not easy; change is always difficult. It’s a lot of adapting, but we can do it. While it is a big adjustment to make, I’ve found that many are enjoying having some family time to reconnect and appreciate each other and what they have—because compared to a lot of places, we are sitting pretty.

The Llano Country Opry celebrated its 20th anniversary a few months ago and the entertainment just gets better with each performance. On Saturday afternoon a group of musicians came together for the first part of the show that aren’t regulars to the Opry, Michael Morris on Drums and 15 year old fiddle sensation, Wyatt Alemann.

The Commissioners met in regular session on Monday, September 23. Jerry Land told the Commissioners that Llano Recycling Opportunities will stop accepting recycling materials on October 15 and will be closed by October 31.
