The Mason County Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Office, along with its Board of Directors, joined Texas Farm Bureau Insurance in congratulating Mason High School for its 2018-2019 win of the 2A UIL Lone Star Cup on Thursday, September 29, by providing lunch on the lawn.
According to the University Interscholastic League, the UIL Lone Star Cup is awarded annually to six high schools, one in each six UIL classifications, based on their team performance in district and state championships.
It’s time once again to map the future of agriculture in Mason County for the coming year. Mason County Farm Bureau (CFB) will host their annual meeting at 6:00 PM, Tuesday, October 1, 2019.

The Area Agency on Aging of the Concho Valley Council of Governments will provide an overview of services, as well as, address your questions related to Transportation services. The Area Agency on Aging provides services for individuals 60 years of age and older and for informal Caregivers who provide care for loved ones who are 60 years of age and older.

We have lived in our home for 41 plus years. We had a new and unexpected mess this week. We have had wild hogs come to visit and leave a huge mess in our yard. Hopefully, we can find a solution soon as they are very destructive. I would suggest that the people in town STOP putting corn out for the deer.
