GREEN SUPPLEMENTS are one of the basic supplements that I recommend for everyone. Now you probably do not want to take another pill, but if you aren’t eating as many servings of fruits and vegetables as you should, then a supplement that makes up for that is a good idea.
I like to backtrack a little when I address the NEED for a supplement.

During a recent social gathering, we sat at a table with Valeda and her husband, Don, and oddly enough, the conversation turned to baked goods recipes. I sent Valeda our favorite pizza crust recipe, and she sent us this focaccia recipe. It’s simple, straight forward, and has very few ingredients; all the things I like in a recipe!

Julia Pepper’s lovely collection of green Depression glass (so appropriate for St. Patrick’s Day!) will be displayed throughout this month in the foyer of the Mason Co. M. Beven Eckert Memorial Library. Julia says that this inexpensive glass was manufactured by American factories in massive quantities during the 1920’s and 1930’s.
