The regular meeting of the Mason Garden Club will be on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at 2 p.m. in the Stribling Room of the Mason County M. Beven Eckert Library, 410 Post Hill Rd. Guest speaker will be Charlotte Weiss of McGregor who will speak on “Hummingbirds”.
Charlotte has been watching and researching hummingbirds for many years now and bring us her knowledge and love of these wonderful little creatures.

Last Wednesday, St. Paul Lutheran began our journey to the cross with Jesus with our Ash Wednesday worship service. Our message was a chancel drama entitled “Why Do We Wear Ashes”?

The Hill Country Sheep and Goat Organization (formerly called the Hill Country Chapter of the Texas Sheep and Goat Raisers Association Auxiliary) offers several scholarship opportunities for high school seniors, undergraduate college students, and post graduate students attending a Texas college, university, or accredited technical school. In 2016, we awarded $18,500 in scholarships.
