The 5th Annual Mason County Youth Rally was a roaring success this past February. If you weren’t there, you missed the big event that included over 150 of our youth and it seemed, about that many adults. The rally was kicked off by a sandwich meal provided by the Lutheran and Methodist Men.
The youth were divided up into teams and then they made flags and slogans for their teams.
We had 18 youth baseball players participate in a baseball clinic on Saturday, April 23rd. It was a fun event with a focused effort on batting technique.
The boys also spent some time on fielding drills and a few were able to get on the mound and display their pitching skills.
A special thank you to our baseball instructors, Danny Jordan and Mike Brown.

The top fundraisers, who tied for first place were freshman, Corbin Norris and first grader, Toryn Tinney, raising $500 each.
A two week tennis camp will be offered this summer, June 6th through June 16th, at the Mason school courts. This camp will be for players ages 3 through high school, and will be offered on a first come-first serve basis.
