What a perfect weather day we had for golf! Clear skies, warm temperatures, and hardly any wind around to blow our golf balls off course! The 22 folks who showed up to play were split up into 5 teams and began play promptly at 5:30. Greg’s team of Lisa, Tammy, Penny and Mike carded a -4 but felt they could have done a bit better if they could have just had a couple more putts drop in!

Of those 11 losses, the Punchers dropped 8 of those games by four runs or less. The Punchers had a hard time taking advantage of little plays that would propel the team to win. With the loss of 4 senior pitchers from last season, the Punchers had several young players step up and pitch for the Punchers.
