River of Life Church invites you to join us for our Easter worship services to celebrate the glory of Jesus Christ and the freedom we have through faith in Him! In preparation for Easter, we will have Passion Week (the week prior to Easter) services Monday through Friday from 7-8 p.m.
St. Joseph’s Catholic Youth Group would like extend an invitation to everyone to come to their re- enactment of the living stations of the cross starting at noon on Palm Sunday March 25th. The first two stations will begin in the Church and will continue outside around the perimeter of Church grounds.
The annual Steady Steps Fundraiser of the Mason First United Methodist church will be held at the Community Center on April 21, 2018, starting at 5:00 p.m. for viewing of silent auction items with dinner to be served at 6:00 p.m. Following the dinner a fabulous cake and pie auction will be conducted.
Happy Valentine’s Day! Ash Wednesday 2018 and Valentine’s Day 2018 just happen to fall on the same date! Ash Wednesday is the beginning of the season of Lent when Christians remember Jesus’ sacrificial and loving path to the cross. Valentine’s Day is a special day to celebrate friendship and love.
The Mason County Ministerial Alliance is continuing the Mason tradition of noontime Lenten devotional services with luncheons at our various churches in Mason. All who can come on Wednesdays at noon beginning on Ash Wednesday, February 14 (Valentine’s Day) are invited to enjoy good spiritual fellowship with Mason friends at these services.
About a year ago, boxes of various sizes of fabric scraps were found stored away in a closet at St. Paul Lutheran Church. They had been used by a group of ladies in our church to make quilts for Lutheran World Relief. When these ladies were no longer able to work on the quilts, the fabric had been stored away and all but forgotten. A new group of ladies organized the boxes, made some phone calls, and began meeting on Mondays.

Christmas is a time for family, fellowship and celebrating the love of Christ. The family of River of Life Church wants to share in food and fellowship with our family of Mason at our annual Christmas Dinner. Please join us on Christmas Day, Monday, December 25th at the River of Life Gymnasium for a delicious traditional Christmas dinner.
The noontime Advent Program with music and lunch will continue next week on Wednesday, December 20 at the First United Methodist Church. During the lunch hour, from noon till 1:00 p.m., there will be a brief message in the Sanctuary, and then special music by Alex Logan, accompanied by Laura Logan, presenting Alfred Burt carols.
