On July 2 18 the Mason Lions Club met in general session at Nachos.
The new officers were installed by our own Lion Joel Kuykendall who has been elected Second Vice District Governor. This means that in 2020 he will be First Vice District Governor and in 2021 he will be District Governor.
Installed as Directors were Marty Bentson, Will McCann, Jim Heidelberg, Chad Schmidt, and Trey Carrington.
Installed as the President was Michael Murphy.

The Mason Garden Club’s wildflower photo contest has come to an end. All photos submitted were current displays of the 2019 wildflowers, captured at various locations, absolutely lovely and confirmed the beauty of Mason County. Mason High School held the annual Scholarship Awards Ceremony on Monday, May 20th in the auditorium. High School Principal Chris Habecker opened the evening with the following words, “Tonight it is my honor to welcome you to the Scholarship Awards Ceremony honoring the Mason High School class of 2019.
