What is Earnest Money?
Earnest money is an amount agreed to in the real estate contract that you will pay soon after entering into a contract as a show of “good faith” that you intend to purchase the property.

Over the years I have dabbled in various sports — football, softball, volleyball, and golf. But the one that was always my favorite as a player was basketball.
I took up the game in my early childhood when one Christmas I received a basket ball and hoop. The only place I had/put the hoop was on the side of the barn.
