Do you have any old sewing machines, bicycles, ice-cream makers, a generator that doesn’t work, school books or school supplies that you’d like to get rid of? Our surplus and unwanted items can make a big difference in the lives of people in Nigeria through African Outreach Ministries under the leadership of Pastor Tony Okeke. If you happened to catch the elaborately adorned “Matachines” dancers before the Light up Our Town festivities this past weekend then you witnessed one part of our veneration for the Lady of Guadalupe, our blessed Mother Mary. The danza performers are usually the opening ceremony for the veneration followed with a mass.
